This is our First Gluten Free Course with Guest Gluten Free Home Baker, Marissa Froese of Wyndelin Farm 

This course is designed for the gluten free home baker. You can bake along at whatever pace you like.

You will master gluten free sourdough breads, pizza, focaccia, cinnamon buns and bagels.

In addition, we provide twice monthly Q&A Calls to supplement the course material. You do not need to attend these calls live, as they are recorded for your convenience.

Last, but not least, the course is organized over a 6-week period, however, it never expires and you can move at any pace you feel comfortable with. You will be supported every step of the way.
